When your applications already do their jobs well, connecting them may be the right approach. We first identify where data comes from, where it needs to go and who is responsible for its accuracy.

When to build and when to use an existing product
If an off-the-shelf product can support your workflow with configuration, there is no need to build a copy. Custom software is worth considering for specific workflows, connected data or limitations in an existing system.
Before estimating the work, we check system access, documentation, integration constraints and ongoing maintenance costs. Some tools do not expose data in a way that makes integration straightforward.
